Do not misuse the service
You must not use the service to break the law; infringe intellectual property or privacy; deceive or impersonate; harass, threaten, exploit or discriminate; distribute malware; probe or bypass security; scrape or access accounts without permission; create excessive automated traffic; or facilitate fraud, spam, phishing, illegal goods, sexual exploitation, or violent wrongdoing.
Messaging responsibilities
Send messages only where you have a lawful basis and comply with applicable anti-spam, telemarketing, privacy and platform rules. Honour opt-outs and human-help requests. Do not disguise that a person is interacting with an automated system where disclosure is required or reasonably expected.
High-impact uses
Do not rely on the service as the sole decision-maker for employment, housing, credit, insurance, education, healthcare, legal rights or other decisions that may materially affect a person. Use qualified human review and comply with applicable law.
Enforcement
We may investigate, rate-limit, remove content, suspend integrations or accounts, and preserve or disclose records when reasonably necessary to protect the service or comply with law. Where appropriate, we will notify you and allow a remedy. Report abuse through our Support page.
