Essential session cookie
Our HTTP-only session cookie keeps authenticated users signed in and protects access to account features. It is configured with security restrictions and normally expires after seven days of inactivity or when the session is ended. Blocking it prevents dashboard sign-in.
Local and session storage
We use browser storage for short-lived interface state, a non-authoritative sign-in hint, the last selected chatbot, and onboarding preferences. The server-side session remains the authority for account access.
Analytics and advertising
We do not currently place advertising cookies on the service pages covered by this policy. If we introduce optional analytics or marketing cookies, we will update this policy and provide controls where required before using them.
Your controls
You can clear cookies and site data in your browser. Doing so signs you out and resets remembered preferences. Embedded customer chat widgets may also use storage needed to maintain a conversation session.
